I have been with Dr. Chung for over five years. Each checkup is thorough and she asks lots of questions and refers to my file frequently. It makes me feel she’s on top of my conditions better than I do. She also gave me the time to ask all the questions I have. Outside the office, she’s also very responsive in returning calls, reporting lab results promptly, and responding to questions in patient portal. She monitors my condition carefully before prescribing medication, which I also appreciate as I don’t want to take medicine unless necessary.

Rudest dr I’ve ever encountered! Way too much attitude and makes things difficult for no reason. Very cold. Unless you like to feel unheard and like you’re annoying someone whose supposed to help I do not recommend. -5 stars

She does not listen to the patient, and do not tell them anything after checking them that is not good will make them to look for another doctor, she makes them do lots of lab work, make them go to lots of doctors not good makes the patient to be terrified like they have disease or is dying, not good.

I 100% agree with the other reviews already stated so I won't repeat them. They are right on and exactly what I have experienced. I will only add, she needs to start listening to the patients. You never really feel heard.

not good...acts more like a secretary, note recorder....keeps you running to specialists...doesn't really show skill and expertise as doctor...does mostly referrals and charges high fees for "nothing".....afraid to write prescriptions...keeps you running back and forth...doesn't review your chart..just walks in room and starts generalizing..doesn't review patient file before coming into room after being more than half hour late... not recommended...

Dr. Chung is honestly the worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. She is beyond rude and does not listen to you. I needed a refill on a medication (it wasn't even a controlled med or a narcotic) that someone else initially prescribed within the same practice, and she told me I needed to make ANOTHER appointment for that...umm, what ? She's so miserable and unpleasant, I really don't know how she still has a job.
