Emily Churchill, MD

Dr. Churchill has been my wife's primary care doctor for more than 5 years, and is much better than any of her previous doctors. I know because my wife is a stroke survivor and I do most of the communication. Emily is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. It helps to do your own research and bring her specific questions. I have found her advice to be excellent.

If I were able to actually see this doctor, who is supposed to be my primary care physician, I could maybe give a more accurate review. But I have not been able to see her for over 2 years. Every time I call, she is not available, so I end up going to someone else.

Missed a diagnosis of cancer. I

Dr. Churchill is an outstanding Doctor. She listened carefully to my medical issues and provided invaluable advice. She is a caring physician. Her staff is friendly and professional. I recommend her without any hesitation.

I am sorry to say that I am not real fond of Dr. Churchill. I don't believe that she has a any sort of grasp on woman's health at all. While she is nice enough, I believe she is still very inexperienced and has not had enough training to handle mature patients. After describing a specif ache in the back of my knees that I have had for several months her only suggestion was to "stretch" more! Turns out I have a potassium deficiency !! Really ?? How hard is it to order blood test ?? Not impressed with her level of concern.

Dr Churchill has a gentle, patient style when engaging patients, I always feel she really cares about me and is interested in finding the best remedy for my health concerns.

she only works part time which makes it difficult to get an appt.she isn't very thorough

She obviously really cares about her patients and takes the time to listen to them.

I've been a patient of Dr. Churchill for years now and I couldn't be happier. I am in my 20s so I am already very healthy but when I do get a sick I can usually see Dr. Churchill the same day I call. Other doctors seem to not really take the extra time to make sure everything else is ok, however, Dr. Churchill checks these bases. I would completely recommend Dr. Churchill as your primary physician you will receive the most current medical knowledge mixed with actual care.
