Dr. Emily Beth Crockett, MD

Dr. Crockett is awesome and I have seen her for well over 15 years. It can be tough to get an Appointment, but she is worth the wait.

Never get to see the actual Doctor. PAs are ok but their diagnoses feel very generic.

Been coming here for over 10 years. What an incredible group of people, especially Dr. Crockett. The best. A+ all the way

I just want to say that Dr. Crockett should be very ashamed and disappointed in the way she runs her own practice. My family has gone to this practice for close to 10 years. The front desk staff is very unprofessional and brash. They have a very hard time following through with anything whether it's calling back with test results, blood work, or even just giving simple referrals. A few months back I was scheduled to have blood work done and was told that I had to fast for 12 hours. I starved until 4 PM in the afternoon and showed up for my appointment only to be told that the lab tech was out sick for the day. Not a single phone call letting me know I didn't need to be starving...or even to reschedule my appointment BEFORE I showed up!!! A week later when I finally did get the blood work...they "FORGOT" to call me back! I had to basically harass the front desk lady for almost a week to get any answers. My family no longer goes to this practice and I can say I wouldn't wish this… horrible place on anyone.

This place is a disorganized sorry excuse for a doctors office. Dr Crockett does not run this place well at all. The receptionists are very rude and short with patients and it's difficult to get answers, appointments and any sort of follow up. You almost always have to wait 15+ minutes even when you're early like they ask you to be. I had to call for my own test results about 4 times with no answers or response. I have gone to this office for nearly 15 years and have been misdiagnosed many times by Dr Crockett and other staff. Dr Crockett has wasted numerous appointments talking about her children instead of listening to medical needs. I will be finding a new doctor that actually cares. I would NOT recommend this office and would stay away if you want ANY sort of customer service or accurate medical care.

The doctors have changed, and the name has changed, but I have been going to this practice for over 25 years. I have had it with them. They seem to care more about money than my well-being. It used to be that when I needed to renew a prescription, they would write it for a full year. Now they only write six month prescriptions. Got to get that extra office visit in I guess. Last week I realized my anti-depressant prescription had expired I tried to renew it. After waiting 4 days, I contacted the pharmacy, they told me the doctor had not approved it yet. I called Columbine Family Practice and was told I had to come in, otherwise I would have to wait a day or two for the doctor to approve even a refill. I have gone 6 days now without my anti-depressant, not a good thing. I am so looking forward to Thanksgiving in 2 days. I will probably be a basket case by then.

Dr C was more concerned about getting me in for a sleep study! be aware...not everyoneeee needs one of these if you are not sleeping well! Could be migraines.. but Dr. C is not well versed in that area. So her solution was to give me a sleep study. The so called dr... Dr. Green... and just that.. was a complete jerk! I had to pee at 2:ooam and was awake from then til 6:00am because he said I didn't request for help.. he needs to stop the test in order for you to get out of the bed. I kept waving my hands in front of the camera and wacking my foot on the door. No help!!! The nerve of Dr. C asking if I want to be fitted with a cpap! I told her the test was scewed and was very very ticked off with spit flying. Only go to this Dr. office if you have a cold!

This practice is awful. I mis-diagnosed for over a year by this practice's staff for an illness that severely effected my life. The primary reason for this mis-diagnosis was that they do not listen and they spend very little time with you to actually drill down what the issues are. They simply don't care about actually helping their patients. They only care about receiving co-pays and billing your insurance for incessant visits with no results. Do not go to this practice if you actually want to be helped or treated like a human being.

I've seen doctor crocket numerous times throughout the past 10 years. She's very caring and personable and always spends time with me to answer questions and "catch up" on life. The whole staff at CFP is excellent!

Many times we had to wait a very long time. There is high turnover AGAIN. We have been going there a long time and potential scare with cancer and skipping over needs. They don't like to perscribe med and sends you to others for a specialist in order for that person to perscribe? Not sure what is going on?
