Nearly 2 months to get an appointment. Office empty. Receptionist tried to sell me insurance. Filled out a lot of forms and provided my Ins. card. Website says they take my ins. Went to Appt. Another receptionist says they don't take my ins. No attempt to explain. If the medical part runs as well as the administrative part, I dodged a bullet.

I have been using Dr,Frye for about five years and absolutely love her and her entire family. My grandson plays on the same little league team as her son and her husband is one of the coaches. Dr, Frye is wonderful christan woman and very highly regarded in the community. The best part about her is she takes time with all of her patients and cares for each one of them.

Dr. Frye schedules her patients based on quick visits, but always takes extra time with any patient to explain test results, make recommendations, or answer questions patients are concerned about. I don't mind waiting to see her because I know she will take all the time I need when my turn comes. My whole family sees her and we consider ourselves fortunate to have such a caring physician.

Dr Frye may be a bit busy and hard to get in to see her if you are a new patient, but in the 3 yrs I saw her, she treated me with the utmost importance and respect. She always made time to make sure all my concerns were addressed and her knowledge of the field of medicine is exceptional. I think very highly of her and will always remember the wonderful care she gave me. I'm sad that a career related move took me from Dr. Frye and the staff in Floresville TX.

I switched to Dr Frye after my experiences with another local doctor - attitude of staff, pompous doctor, wait time, etc. I can't speak more highly of Dr Frye and her staff. There are times that the wait time can be long but my attitude is she would spend extra time with me if needed so I don't mind. I always take a good book with me for any appointment so the time goes fast.

I saw this physician and had told her some personal medical information which I requested not be put in my medical chart as this information was over 20 years old and did not pertain at all to my current health issues. She did put this information on my office visit clinical note. She lacks professionalism as well as confidentiality.

Dr. Frye is a really nice person. She does spend time with me, but sometimes rushes towards the end of the appt. and I don't get all my questions in.My biggest complaint is the wait time. I have waited for more than 2 hours to see her which I find ridiculous. If I am feeling really sick, or if one of my kids is feeling really sick, there is another local doctor that I see because I don't want to have to wait when I'm feeling that bad. Also, she is not in the office that often, so it is hard to get an appt. with her. I dont recommend her on those basis alone.
