Dr. Emily Iker, MD

I went for treatment for my lymphedema hoping she could help. Dr. Iker constantly praised me, giving insincere false flattery. At one point she leaned in and said "Call me Emily." I wasn't sure if she was just lonely and trying to make a friend or had a romantic interest which made me very uncomfortable. I soon figure out she was Love Bombing me, a ploy used by Narcissists when they are trying to exploit you. And by exploit, I mean to max-out my insurance benefits. She promised what she did not deliver, which is called Future Faking. Dr. Iker did nothing for me that a compression sleeve would not do. I feel she is a bit of a scam with a hidden agenda to make money off people without providing quality care. Once she made a disrespectful remark about another person who was there (employee or colleague I don't know which ). Save yourself the money and time and go get yourself a Nike Compression top or sleeve.

Dr. Iker is smart, kind and reassuring. She helped me understand my condition, explain things clearly and most of all I am much improved! They’re always on time, the staff is friendly and she has a personality with a sense of humor. I like that.

Scam. Her treatment doesn’t do anything. She max out you’d insurance for something has big done. Waste of time and money. After being there for many times and get a second opinion we found out she is tricking patients with nonsense.

Dr. Iker and her staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to help their patients. Dr. Iker and her staff treat my mom like their family members. I highly recommend her office and her staff. My mom needs knee replacement and Dr. Iker is treating her edema. Dr. Iker and staff are very caring, patient and provide highest standard of care. I can not describe how grateful my mom and I are very grateful to them. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart.

Waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to even be called in to the back and an additional 10 minutes before the doctor came in. There was no one else in the waiting room. Though her staff seemed to have fair customer service skills, Dr. Iker lacks such skills. Additionally, I felt as if my condition was solely attributed to my ethnic background (non-white) and not my circumstances. I don’t not recommend coming to this office as the doctor could not look past the color of my skin. There are other doctors who did not attend Caribbean schools and will provide better quality care.

I feel truly Blessed for my apt. With Dr Emily Iker . I know she Can help me with my. legs. Even though I apt. Isn't till latter this month. No Dr has every address my problem correctly . But I know God has answered my prayers .

There are no words to describe my appreciation for Dr.Iker. She is very passionate, compassionate, knowledgeable about what she does and she truly cares about her patients. Dr.Iker is also super down to earth and made me feel comfortable from the very begining. I"d been having my issue with the arm for so many years and had seen a number of different doctors, but Dr.Iker was the first one to address my problem and prescribe the treatment. She treated me as if I were her family and her only patient. Her warmth, caring and kindness are limitless. I have been feeling better ever since I received treatment with her.
