I have been with Dr Kaream for many years. She listens is compassionate and educated. I've never had a bad experience.

MS keram should lose her license for failing to follow the most basic tenants, that of obeying laws and protecting patient privacy. She abused her position at the VA to intrude into patients private (non VA) records then make personal phone calls to patients personal civilian providers to slander and defame patients. Fortunately the providers she called on unsecured lines were more professional and had more integrity than she and immediately reported these illegal and unsolicited calls to the patients. It in fact only increased the patients credibility and left the civilian providers stunned. So far the VA has done nothing to aknowleged her outrageous and illegal actions, admonish the behavior and required her to account personally for her action. I have known Dt Keram for Many years but see she has clearly changed and now operates from Her own personal agenda, that of an anti controlled substance evangelist. She refuses to work patients up, review outside records, and is motivated… only by the eradication of any controlled substance even with documented proof of its need and efficacy. If you want an anti depressant or antidepressants she’s your doc. Others steer clear mostly because she appears to have lost her way and actions now controlled by her own agenda rather than patient welfare or the legalization of her actions.
