I was very disappointed with my visit. I had made a list of items I wanted to ask about, and when I pulled it out and referred to it, Dr Kmetz ignored me. She quickly looked over my skin as she spouted out scientific terms to her assistant. She talked at me and not to me. She didn't even give me a chance to go over my questions. I tried to quickly work them in as she looked me over. It was as if she wanted to hurry and be done.

Love her. I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable, sweet and listens to your concerns. She also takes the time to explain everything.

Wow I called for an appointment today and said I needed two spots on my face checked and also my lip. The office told me that the first available appointment is in December. December! You have to be kidding. Dr. Kmetz is a good doctor but a six month wait is a not acceptable. Maybe they have too many patients and shouldn't accept anymore if the wait time is really 6 months as they told me.
