Dr. Emily Nguyen

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. When she came in, she asked about my concerns, and I had a list prepared. However, every issue I raised was dismissed as “not something they handle.” When I explained that I’ve been struggling with anxiety and depression, instead of asking any follow-up questions, she brushed it off as PMS and told me to follow up with an OB-GYN. I also brought up concerns about memory issues, but again there were no probing questions — even though I’m experiencing headaches and dizziness. Instead, she simply told me “we can’t test for that here” and suggested it was because of my age. The physical exam was rushed, and she didn’t explain anything she was doing or share results afterward. She ended the visit by asking if I had anything else, and then left the room without another word. I left feeling completely dismissed and unheard. The lack of professionalism and bedside manner was truly disappointing, and I’ve never felt more brushed off by a… doctor.
