Emily Timmons, NP

Emily Timmons, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in medical dermatology. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Ambrose University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and went on to earn her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Missouri.
Before transitioning into dermatology, Emily spent six years as a registered nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care and clinical precision. She later expanded her experience as a nurse practitioner in urgent care and home health before completing a dermatology fellowship with Regis University to specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions.
Emily provides expert care for a wide range of dermatologic concerns, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, warts, and fungal infections. She also performs comprehensive skin examinations and emphasizes the importance of early detection and patient education …to promote long-term skin health.
Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys spending time with family and exploring outdoor activities. She is passionate about helping her patients feel confident and comfortable in their skin through compassionate, personalized care.
