Dr. Emily Kendall Beck, PhD

Dr. Beck has made my life a living nightmare since my husband started seeing her 1 1/2 years ago. Our marital/family problems have worsened exponentially. She hasn't met/spoken to me, but told my husband she believes I have BPD. I was recently diagnosed with breast CA, and a bowel blockage. She told my husband my illnesses are due to a traumatic childhood. He now thinks I make myself sick, and he's unsympathetic. He calls me psycho BPD due to her Dx of me, and blames everything on me because I'm "the crazy one". He throws her diagnosis of me in my face all the time, and has become obsessed with it.. Texting and E-mailing links about BPD to me. How can she possibly diagnosis anyone with anything if she has never met, or spoken to that person?? My husband has been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome by an expert in the field, and she still hasn't figured out that he is on the autism spectrum in the year and a half of weekly, and biweekly sessions. When he told her he has Asperger's… Syndrome, she told him that she doesn't believe he does!! What???? This has set him back years of progress!! Now he refuses to believe he has Asperger's, and he definitely does. She has been an absolute nightmare to me, my children, and our marriage. She should not be practicing. She's caused immense emotional pain/suffering to me. She has encouraged my husband to blame those around him for his problems rather than take responsibility for himself. She has, and is creating a monster. Do NOT seek therapy from this so called doctor. I'm in the process of filling a complaint with the state for her actions, and I'm considering filing a lawsuit as well. My husband and I are now in the process of a divorce because of Dr. Emily Kendall Beck.
