Excellent staff! Front of office greeting was welcoming and friendly. Dr Dilorio's nurse assistant was very thoughtful and prepared. Dr Emma Dilorio was patient, kind, knowledgeable with my health history and reassured me. It was my 1st visit and I am very impressed with the staff and highly recommend.

I went to see her multiple times over the past 3 years. My symptoms got worse over time to a point where I was struggling with work and everyday tasks. My son did a lot of research and found a doctor who was able to work with me and figure out my illness. Now I am in happier place. DO NOT USE DR. EMMA DILORIO!! IT CAUSED ME THREE YEARS OF PAIN AND AGONY.

Dr. D's bedside manners were by far the worst I have ever experienced. During the first few months of my diagnosis I was very upset and concerned yet she offered no sympathy or any words of hope. At one point she said, "I'm not diagnosing you with cancer!" Very unprofessional. There are other doctors in the ARA practice that are compassionate, sympathetic and caring, unlike her. For your health and for the care you deserve, stay clear!

Dr Emma is an excellent doctor! I been treated by Dr Di Iorio for about 15+ years now and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. She’s a life saver!! She treats her patient like family, she’s very knowledgeable and she also have a great staff. The staff are always friendly and they always provide excellent service..

It was only in this clinic that I was informed of what is my ailment . And only after seeing Dr. Dilo rio that my body pain was gone. She made sure that I get all the medical exam/Tests I needed, There was so much concern about my health conditions and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I always felt very comfortable with the office staff and with the location of the office, which was very close to where I live and was highly convenient to get to. Dr. Diiorio was highly skilled and instilled great confidence in her abilities. I felt that she was truly invested in attempting to better my situation.
