Dr. Emma Y Wu, DDS

Most painful dentist I have ever encountered seen. I am over 50 and still have my wisdom teeth. The work she performed caused caused so much pain that for over a month I could barely eat. I found another compasionate dentist and Endodontic specialist that had to correct her errors. And she made me pay before any treatment. ( $3400). There are constantly “New Staff”being trained ( on your mouth ) and the so called office manger is extremely u professional. She is NOT a gentle dentist and only interested in money

Dr Wu is amazing but her receptionist is working against her success. This women is unprofessional, not qualified to deal with people and incapable of performing the most simple of tasks. Pricing is never discussed even though Dr. Wu informs you of "payment plans" before you leave your first appointment. I hope that Dr. Wu discovers how this person is negatively impacting her business before it is too late. Very sad. I will never go back and have now found a wonderful dentist who performs new technology on crowns and is kind who has a fantastic staff.
