Dr. Eng-Hwi Kwa, MD

During my 10 yr treatment with Dr. Eng-Hwi Kwa I had a broken/crushed C6 vertebrae, and damaged C5/C7. He could not figure it out. He did not investigate my hands pins and needles. He sent me to 2 other Dr's whom preformed an ulner nerve transposition on nerves @ elbow level. I'd go to a veterinarian before him these days.

Dr. Kwa is everything I remember about my childhood physician. I believe him to be highly qualified in both western and eastern medicine. he has a sense of humor rarely found in a medical office. It is easy to schedule an appointment. Once in his lair, you will notice all kinds of things from s tuning fork to a portable sonogram. Dr, Kwa asks the questions and listens to your answer and I feel comfortable with him to ask anything about my health knowing that I will get an accurate reply.

Dr. Kwa is very friendly, with a quirky sense of humor. He is easy to talk to about my needs. His office looks like he settled in decades ago (stacks of paper records, even VHS tapes!), but what impressed me the most is when I went in to see him about something new. I was thanking him for seeing me on short notice when he said, "It's my job to see people when they are sick." This simple and direct statement put me at ease. I immediately felt Dr. Kwa cared about me as a patient and he was there to help.

Excellent doctor! Very caring human being!

I was a patient of Dr Kwa's. I had to go to MGH to get an accurate dx. EXTREME Spinal Senosis*, causing my RSDS AND PAIN. Dr Kwa kept me as a patient referring me to every other Dr. on the same floor as him @ the Faulkner. I sought HCare elsewhere. I fear for anyone not looking out for their own health concerns and trusting someone supposedly qualified.
