Dr. Engel Berto Bido Santos, MD

I was thankful to get a last minute appointment with him, but it was clear why. He accepts anyone and will make them wait, hardly spends time with patients, and couldnt care less about follow up. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes past appointment time, he didnt even ask about symptoms, didnt explain about course of medication, pharmacist even disagreed when I went to pick it up. I called back to discuss and told me he would send literature instead and hung up. do NOT see this doctor. dr bido is a complete clown. couldnt care less about his patients, my mind is actually blown.

If your thinking of seeing this DR DON'T ! He could care less about his patients and it shows. Went in for. 9 am apt, was sent for X-rays and told he would call back at 1 pm it is 6 pm and we have put over 10 calls into office. I know have an asthmatic son at home who can't breathe, no results, no meds, no phone call, and we are off to the emergency room. I wouldn't see this dr if he was the last dr on earth. What a joke ! To leave an asthmatic or with no answers ! The most unacceptable things I have ever seen in health care ! There's no wait time cause he spends no time with his patients.
