Dr. Eniye L Odigie, MD

Dr. Odigie was very friendly and easy to get along with. However, I felt that I was immediately put on medication with very little advice on how to better my health naturally. I had symptoms of underlying health issues that could be causing the problems and I had to specifically bring this up and request testing. This was really aggravating since my goal in seeing a PCP was to get healthier, not live on medication. I was told if there were any issues to contact the office but despite doing this several times I never received a response from them. On one occasion I went to urgent care just to be safe, they weren't able to tell me much so told me to go to the ER. The ER only referred me back to my primary. I incurred large bills for both of these visits that could have been avoided had this office simply contacted me back like they said they would. On my first visit, the staff admitted that per instructions my appointment time was cut in half. I assume this is a big reason why wait… times were always pretty short here but perhaps if I was allowed my full time they would have been able to be a little more thorough. In the end, I decided to see another physician solely due to their rude office manager (?). I had been coming here for months and had never once been told that masks were mandatory. No other doctor's office that I've been to has required masks for quite a while now. I came in for my visit without a mask as I had been doing for months. I had already seen other employees that morning and none of them told me that I needed a mask. While waiting in the lobby I had an urgent phone call regarding my children. In the middle of my conversation, a woman walks in, grabs a mask, hangs it in front of my face, and tells me that I need to cover my nose and mouth. At the time, I had no idea who this woman was, neither did I understand why she felt the need to put her hands in my face or why she thought that I wanted to wear a mask that she put her germs all over. To get her out of my face I grabbed the mask, set it aside, and went back to my conversation trying to make sure that my child was alright. Just as I ended my phone call the nurse called me back and I grabbed all of my belongings in a hurry and went back. As soon as I stepped through the door the same woman yells across the room at me and the nurse that she has already told me to put a mask on and told the nurse that she needs to make me put it on. Once we got to the room the nurse apologized on her behalf but her unprofessional behavior was enough for me to decide that I didn't want to come back here. I feel like if it is that important that I wear a mask it should have been made aware to me before my appointment or by any of the other staff. Not one email, text, or conversation that I had with this office stated that masks were mandatory. Even still, I have dealt with other offices that were able to politely ask that I wear a mask without being so obnoxious.

Dr. Odigie is the best! She is very thorough, patient, and professional. She listens to her patients and their complaints and tackles them one at a time. She will return calls in a time manner and doesn’t hassle you about refilling necessary maintenance scripts! She follow-up with lab testing and different exams. My daughter and I will follow her wherever she may go. Good doctors are hard to find. Thank you, Dr. O!
