Of three times being seen in the office, each has had major problems. Twice the billing has had mistakes. My daughter's chart could not be located, nor could a thermometer or working opthamoscope be found for my daughter's appointment. When trying to correct problems the office staff was rude and unhelpful. Three strikes is too many.

First time I got my appointment was at 9 AM. she came late and I had to wait. After getting my annual physical. They did not send me the lab report. I called and waited a week it never arrive. I called again and I asked them to fax me. They did. There was some red flags in the report and no body has even mentioned to me that or they did not call me. Which kind of professional people they are to do that... I will never even go again to her and definitely not to recommend her to anyone
