Dr. Enrico Guy Jones, MD

Lots of bad reviews here. I wonder if those are all “one off” visit reviews. I have had great experiences with Dr Jones and his staff in the two years he has been my PCP. No problem getting appointments- sure there is a wait time but it’s an urgent care place- to be expected. The nurses and office staff are thorough, pleasant and capable. Dr Jones is personable, listens well and is thorough in his exams and runs tests as needed. I plan on staying with Dr. Jones as long as possible.

Dr. Jones is a joke. Quack doctor. Also a criminal.

I went into to see Dr Jones because I was not feeling well. I waited several hours to be seen. The staff were not friendly. Dr Jones was aloof. He said I had allergies. He gave me a rx and sent me on my way. Two days later I was in the emergency room with strep throat.

Horrible, horrible front office staff

Visiting my daughter and had sinus infection bad. Went to clinic no app needed. First hour spent filling out paperwork. Second hour saw nurse and sat waiting in room, third hour finally saw doctor. Received antibiotics perscription. Everyone was nice enough just slow.

While away from. Home, I became I'll with respiratory problems. In adequate care from another provider made it worse. I was in terrible shape when I got to Dr. Jones, but he listened patiently to my history and symptoms. He took the time and ran the tests to determine I had pneumonia. Breathing treatment and different meds and explicit instructions were vital to my improvement over the next several days.
