Super odd bedside manner, impossible to reach, vague and often contradictory advice. Sometimes feels like he's in a fog. Absolutely zero follow up

My daughter has RSD/CRPS since the age of 14 (she is now 20) and although the RSD pain is always there her major complaint is headaches. We waited 4 months for an appointment with him. Granted he spent a good amount of time with her, but when he said because she did the pain management program a CHOP at age 15 she has "grown out of the RSD". Well, I am not a medical professional, just a mom with a kid with this illness and in all of my research, communicating with other parents ALL over the world I have NEVER heard or read of a child growing out of this disease. My daughter was supposed to have a follow up phone call from him and when it never came I called to inquire which set off a snowball effect of phone calls back and forth from his lying and idiot staff members. One woman named Leslie who claimed to be a nurse but refused to divulge her credentials told my daughter to stop her medication cold turkey. I was not confident in her instructions so I checked with the pharmacist and… found that she had to wean herself off of it...not go cold turkey. Everything that my daughter told this Leslie was twisted around. To quote another comment I read elsewhere...Leslie "likes to hear herself talk". As much as I wanted to give him a chance, I refuse to take my daughter back there because of the horrible and incompetent staff. I wish I could give his staff ZERO stars.

Completely let down by him when he left Drexel. Started being about money. Sad that I ever trusted it.

I can sum up my 2 plus years experience with Dr. Aradillas in one word: "disappointing"!
