I wish I could give more stars. This doctor helped me with an ongoing symptom that I had for years. Him and his staff were so caring about my concerns and made me feel so much better.

ZERO Stars He works at 4 different locations. He is never in the office and does not return calls from his patients.

Dr. Beniquez is an excellent Dr. This is in respone to the person who's whole family is in the medical field. First iof you don't get High Bllod pressure from Stomach pain. if your whole family is in the field why didn't they have the answers to any of your questions. Why do you write a bad review just because you feel like it. It seem that your the one that's not educated....However you do think you know it all just because your family is in the medical field. You are pathetic.....

This Dr. came to see my mother at the hospital and had no answers to her pain and didn't even try to find the cause. He is always in a rush, he doesn't answer all the questions and was just grabbing at straws to explain my Mom's pain .

If you can see another Dr. Please do so. He was no help and seemed very choppy. He did not answere all my questions and just tries to leave as soon as possible. Not a good Dr

The Dr came in to see my mother in the hospital, came in very serious no smile, told us right away that he had looked at my mothers numbers and he didn't find anything wrong. My mother 83 years old had a severe stomach pain and could not eat for 4 days, she was not able to tolerate food, and kept throwing up, and he said he couldn't find anything wrong.!!He was very rude and talked to us like we were nothing . I tried asking him some questions and he would answer me so rude and fast he made us feel like he wanted to get out of there. He heard her stomach and said " oh just give her Mylanta" I asked him what about a colonoscopy or endoscopy she hasn't had one in over 15 years, he said" no because she could die on the table because of her blood pressure and her age, Well her blood pressure was high because of her stomach pain. !!! he was so rude to say that. Then I asked him well she has diverticulitis maybe it's that , he said" No we all have diverticulitis you have it , I have it, so… theres nothing I can do" then he walked out. No bedside manner, no compassion, my mom was so humiliated and made her feel like she had no education, which she does. My kids and my nieces and nephews are all in the medical field "Professionals" , so Never judge a book by it's cover.

I’ve waited several weeks to be seen by this gastro Doctor for several issues only to be disregarded immediately by him saying that my problems related to gas or he thinks Is IBS, he didn’t want to listen to anymore of my symptoms or yet cared to explain appropriate measures or even test me, this doctor said if I need another opinion then do that and left his room, Do not waste your time, this doctor does not care to treat patients as his time was more valuable than mine!! Don’t waste your time!

I came in to see Dr. Beniquez this past week I was very pleased with the office staff and the professionalism. Very pleasant Dr.

Dr. Beniquez Nieves was a pleasant doctor during our very short visit. I was sort of shocked by how LITTLE he asked me about my history (past medical history, sexual history, family history etc.). I was, however, very impressed with how fast I got an appointment and how fast my colonoscopy was scheduled. [ Maybe because he has very few patients though. :( ] The day of my colonoscopy started fine because the support staff were all wonderful. When I awoke from the colonoscopy, I was pretty upset because the doctor NEVER came to speak to me. I assume because they did not find anything. It shouldn't matter if my results were totally fine or I had a huge tumor. I went in to the colonoscopy because of pretty bad bleeding - obviously I was concerned and seeking an explanation. No one bothered to even discuss other possible causes. I am left knowing nothing and still very worried. What do I do if it happens again? Why MIGHT I have had the bleeding in the first place? Is there… anything else I should do or be concerned about? I do not have answers to any of these questions and was still coming of the anesthetic so did not think to ask them these things. A quality physician would have understood these concerns and thought to address them.

Office Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Physician asked the I call a week after tests to receive results and he never returned calls. I was forced to make an appointment to receive them after waiting and calling for six weeks.
