She will take her time & explain things. Very kind & easy to talk with. I love seeing this dr. I love Dr M.

I had a 3:45 appointment, which I called mid-day to confirm. When I spoke to the staff, they confirmed my appointment. I walked in about 5 minutes early and signed in. While waiting, I asked one of the staff (whom I will not address by name) if they have received my medical records, which I had request from my former obyn prior to appointment, but she stated she has not received any of my records. After sitting for about 10 minutes, that was when one of the staff gave me a clipboard of forms to fill out. I completed the forms and presented to them in less than 10 minutes. Shortly after, I asked again if they have received my records, and the answer was still "no". As I was walking away, she asked me for my name. So then I asked, "what records have you been looking for if you didn't even know my name? She stuttered and disregarded me. I was not called in until 5 pm (keep in mind this was a 3:45 appointment). While the nurse was checking my weight, I asked her to ask the same staff if… she has received my medical record. I then waited in the room for about 15 minutes until another Dr. walked in to tell me that the Dr. I had scheduled appointment with is running late ("about 10 minutes") and asked if I would see her. I immediately stated "no" because I specifically made appointment with Dr. Muolokwu due to her phenomenal reviews. So, I decided to wait...10 minutes went by and I was still waiting. Dr. Muolokwu came in about 20 minutes later and apologized. I told her that I request for my medical records, but was told the office has still not received it. The Dr, excused herself to go check for my medical records. Turned out they've had my medical records this WHOLE TIME. I was highly upset because I kept asking and that one particular staff kept saying it was not there. The overall experience was awful (especially for the first impression). I took off work early to make this appointment, which took a total of over 2 hours (from the time I filled the forms).

dr EM take care of me from before my pregnancy and I had a hard long delivery. she was there all the time, such a sweet doctor, I love her, my mom see her as well.

Dr. M performed a hysterectomy on me yesterday.. she must be excellent.. Overall I feel great. Everyone thought I would be in terrible pain.. and down ...
