Dr. Eric Briggs Arvidson, MD

I unfortunately did not have a good experience. Dr Arvidson was impatient and made it clear he is retiring in 2 weeks . He discussed my case in the x- ray room in front of the tech- and made decisions before my knee x-ray was even taken. In the past he has been kind and patient but he was very different when I saw him and I'm supposing he is very ready to retire. It was a difficult experience.

The staff were very helpful as was the doctor. He was very helpful and courteous. Prescriptions were what I needed. Thanks, Doc. Arvidson.

Dr Arvidson replaced both my knees and did an excellent job!!! Great doctor and always pleasant. Walked bow legged for 15 years from arthritis. My legs are perfectly straight now!!

Visit with Dr Arvidsen was excellent! He is always very patient and knowledgeable about my problems. I was fortunate to see him with a training PA and was impressed with his calming way that he was able to communicate and share with her. I would recommend Dr Arvidson without hesitation!!

No one cares and takes a personal interest in his patients the way Dr Arvidson does..you are not just a number!

It was a pleasure seeing Dr Arvidson again. He repaired a torn meniscus 20 years ago and I was back with another issue which he confirmed was not as serious as I might have thought, and he did that with his signature light-hearted but professional manner. He put my mind at ease and for that I thank him!

While in my early 30s, I developed hip pain while running. As I eased away from running, the pain continued to deepen and occur more regularly. A few years later, I wasn't able to brisk walk more than a mile without developing a deep hip ache that would last the rest of the day. My father had recently had his hip replaced (he was 70ish at the time), and recommended I consult Dr Arvidson, so I made an appointment through my primary care physician. He found that I was born with hip dysplasia, and would require a total hip replacement within a year of diagnosis. As this was my first surgery, I was very nervous. I'd put on weight due to the pain I experienced doing everyday physical tasks leading to a lack of exercise, so Dr Arvidson tailored his approach to where I was. The day of the surgery arrived, and the pros and cons of anesthesia types where enumerated. With all of the confusion and unknowns, Dr Arvidson and his team guided me through the right decisions for me. I'm now… 5 days post-surgery, and almost off all medications. I am able to walk without any assistance (walker, crutches, cane, etc), I have more confidence in my replacement holding my weight than my hip pre-surgery (already), and have seen MAJOR recovery milestones every single day. I can't think Dr Arvidson and his team enough for getting me to where I am today. If you are looking for someone who continually advances his knowledge and works hard to be the best at what he does, reach out to Dr Arvidson... you'll be glad you did.
