I had an appointment, I waited over 2 months to get. Because his reputation and my doctor's recommendation's I waited in severe pain and little use of my arm. The day finally finally came, I go in and they refused to even look at me because I was an accident patient, they don't take accidents. Why was that not on the website or mentioned when I made the appointment? The women at the desk told me she thought it was on their website, when I looked I could not find it anywhere. Almost 3 months in pain for nothing and I had to take an appointment with another doctor that I could get ASAP. Still not on the website that I could find so if you were in an accident don't go there!

I had a lt shoulder replacement by Dr Black. As awful as the recovery was, I am now playing golf with out pain which haunted me for 3 yrs. Dr Black was alway upbeat and very encouraging, Always had answers to my questions and I felt he "listened". Highly rec Dr Black and his very efficient office staff

A pec rupture is not an injury you want to mess around with. I couldn’t have been in better hands with Dr. Black. Considering the potential seriousness of the injury, Dr. Black fit me into his schedule. After a thorough evaluation and diagnosis, he walked me through my options, both surgical and non. While he had a strong opinion he let me decide. Opting to operate, he worked his schedule to accommodate the fact that reattaching a tendon as early as possible resulted in the best outcome. Flawless surgery and 4 months later I am on my way to a full recovery. Super grateful to Dr Black and the entire team for helping me through this difficult injury. I highly recommend him to anybody who needs to get back to an active lifestyle.

Dr. Black and his staff are amazing! I had rotator cuff surgery less than two weeks ago, and could not be happier. Dr. Black and team put me at ease and were so pleasant throughout the whole process. He is a very talented surgeon, and my recovery has been very smooth - with low levels of pain and a very quick recovery so far.

I've never been motivated to write a review of a medical Dr., but Dr. Black is the exception. Sustaining significant injury to my left shoulder in the late summer of 2019, Dr. Black employed 7 anchors in Dec 2019 to stitch me together. Multiple tears to my rotator cuff and bicep tendon left me with limited use of my left arm. Strength and range of motion were restored and within 6 months (yesterday) I played 18 holes of golf. The proof of his expertise is that a day later I'm experiencing no pain whatsoever. Can't stress my happiness.

Dr. Black operated on my shoulder about 5 months ago. I had a massive rotator cuff tear. Everything Dr. Black told me on our first meeting turned out to be true and accurate. It’s a tough recovery, but with PT, I’ve regained full use of my shoulder/arm. Dr. Black is professional, intelligent, compassionate and a highly skilled surgeon! You can trust Dr. Black. Highly recommend.

Dr. Black is fantastic! I was in constant pain before seeing the doctor. After my surgery, I had discomfort for two days and then, pain free and now I have full range of motion. Not only is he easy on the eyes, but fixed my tennis elbow to the point where I have no pain when I play.
