Dr. Bluman is phenomenal. He listens, cares, and has a comforting and gentle demeanor. He establishes solid trust with his patients early on and is very supportive in listening to patients wants and needs.

Dr. Bluman is a great Physician and well respected. After having a tough time with previous surgeries failing he always came in with options to try next. He didn't mind to explain procedures again and again to comfort me. He was aware of my future and helped me plan and consider timing of my surgeries as I go off to college. The day before my fifth surgery, he personally called me to explain things clearly, calm my nerves, and answer any questions. Dr. Bluman is excellent in his field and works to the best of his ability with what today's technology and medical findings allow.

Dr Eric Bluman is a lifesaver to me,, I fx my calcaneous on oct1st and was seeing my ortho docs in Albany,ny. there was nothing but doom and gloom.. and I had developed a complication that wasn't dx til 4 mo later and I followed all my care plan to the tee.. no where to turn to and then one day I called the ortho dept. @ the Brigham and Womens Hosp and I was given an appt for 5 days later..omg.. he was great and frank with me.. offrered options to my RSD.. no other doc would...my pain is better and walking without my crutches and a cane.. yes have a bit of a limp but now im looking forward to go back to work as a ER nurse...and yes he will follow up with me when I need more help..Im not at the end of the road!!!

Dr. Bluman is SUCH a good, kind and honest Doctor. His surgical skills are unmatchable! He is my fourth surgeon. I have had 15 surgeries on my feet and ankles. The 15th he handled brilliantly with care and competence. I am healing remarkably well. Thank you Dr. B! You are the man!

I saw Dr. Bluman for a difficult foot fracture and have only the best things to say about his care. He was thorough, caring, and took plenty of time to both anticipate and answer my questions. His "bedside" manner was reassuring and kind. His diagnosis was right on track, and he had a great sense of humor--sometimes rare and always pleasant in a field of medicine which, too often, labels orthopods as "carpenters." Dr. Bluman was excellent; I'd highly recommend him

I sprained my ankle and the emergency room sent me to follow up with their doctors within 7 days, but those were not available and could only see me in three weeks the earliest. I was on crutches, my foot three times its regular size, and every move was a pain. So I called all the big hospitals in Boston just to find an orthopedist, and Dr. Bluman was the first available on the same week. I had no referral or recommendations, but I was SO LUCKY! Dr. Eric Bluman is an EXCELLENT doctor, professional, caring, and he made a MIRACLE! When I returned home I could ALREADY WALK on my both feet! WITHOUT the CRUTCHES! After being on crutches for two weeks, this doctor really made a miracle for me. Well, he gave me a "magic" boot, but I was very impressed by his professionalism, attitude and personality. Thank you, doctor!

I had a procedure performed by this doctor well over a year and a half ago. I was lead to believe it was my only option in regaining mobility. I was told I would be pain free. Not the case at all. My first gripe is that he did another minor procedure at the same time & did not let me know beforehand. It is my body and I had absolutely no say whatsoever. Here it is over a year and I am still in pain, which is even worse than before surgery. Follow up appointments were useless. None of my questions were ever answered & I was just brushed off by him and his staff. "See you in 4-6 weeks." I could never get a straight answer on what exactly he did. I refuse to ever go back to him again. Thank God I have found a Specialist out of state. Although this is VERY costly & far away, I am confident that he will be able to fixed my issue so I can lead a somewhat normal life again. What a horrible nightmare this has been.

Always wait 1+ hour after appointment time and often don't even get to see the doctor, just his assistant Samantha. Neither seem to care much or actually help.
