Dr. Eric Joseph Crall, MD

I legitimately cannot say enough great things about this doctor. As someone who has avoided doctors & doesnt like them, I find Dr. Crall is a breath of fresh air. He listens, treats you as a partner in your health, is thorough in his testing & he has a kindness & realness that you don't experience with most doctors. So relieved to have such an excellent doctor.

Have been a patient of his for 15 years now. Would never consider another family doctor, as they don't come better.

Dr Crall is a really good doctor. His practice is horrible. On an administrative basis they do not call back. If you have a billing issue, forget it! Dr. Crall hides behind the excuse that he really does not run the practice. They went over 6 months without an office manager which caused all sorts of problems with me for insurance purposes. Once, I did not get around to scheduling my blood work after my physical and received a letter threatening to DROP ME AS A PATIENT if I did not get the routine blood work done. By the way, he told me the blood work was optional and I decided to ask for the scrip. In good conscience I could not recommend the practice for my dog. If Dr. Crall were to take more administrative responsibility I could recommend him.

As a person who makes his appointments on the fly,Dr.Crall and his staff have always been courteous and extremely accomodating.I have had Dr.Crall return his call as late as 8pm to discuss the results of my tests or assure me that he had received my email and felt it would be best to talk on the phone. In this day and age of voicemail and email that kind of follow up is unheard of.

Best Dr. Too bad you wait forever and getting an appt. is a nightmare. You get sicker waiting for an appt. I switched Drs. because of this and his staff are RUDE!
