Dr. Eric A Dohner, MD

As previous reviews said, be wary. I would strongly advise against seeing this doctor. He is more of a salesman and will push you into buying products you don't need. If you choose to go with a procedure, he will do his best to push as much product into you as possible, so he can charge you for that. He will talk too much on purpose to convince you to buy some overpriced creams. He will execute a big performance for you about skin aging so you think his creams are exactly what you need. It looks like he has a contract with a company that supplies him tons of creams and he sells them. Regardless of what procedures you came for, he will insist that you need "skincare" even if you do not. It might work for you if you have free cash and no job or other responsibilities and putting 10 products on your face twice a day will make you feel younger. Otherwise, if you don't want to feel pressured into buying stuff, look for other places. This doctor even hired special personnel to sell creams,… so they will push their creams on your one way or another. Do not be fooled thinking that someone with an MD degree has your best interests in mind.

I was going to go to this doctor, but then someone told me that he sells that bogus HeartPartner machine out of the office. First of all, I think you should be going to a doctor for doctoring, not to have him push additional products on you. Also, I know someone who actually tried this product out and said it was an $800 scam. The company that makes it claims to cures every problem you could ever have because it vibrates your feat. So can I trust a doctor who sells a product like this?

Do Not waste your time, or frustration with this pediatricians office. I should have listened to others strongly urging me to NOT take my children to Dr. Dohner’s Office in Walton, NY. Aside from Dr, Dohner leaving his office to only Nurses, (even though I was forced to change my son’s Primary Care to Dr. Dohner), one nurse that my children saw was completely unprofessional and even completely rude in front of my two children. Because of her complete lack of decency in front of children, their office has since denied my son his medicine he desperately needs daily, and has since forced him to go without his much needed AD/HD medication today. Not only has his nursing staff now lied about receiving my son’s medical for his medication, when I directly handed their secretaries his medical reports, Dr Dohner’s Office manager called saying their deceptions was Ok, it doesn’t Matter they lied about receiving his reports? Honesty, and Professionalism is very important when it comes to… anyone treating children. What type of Pediatrian leaves a child without medication because a parent is upset over his Nurse Practitioner, being put of line in front of Children? The office manager even apologized for their Nurses behavior, stating it doesn’t usually happen with her? Now it’s even Ok for them to lie about medical reports?

I have been seeing Dr. D for over 20 years. I can not even begin to tell you how many times this amazing doctor has saved my life. He actually listens when you have conserns and he has noticed problems with my health even before my various specialists have. I love that he cares for and treats my entire family. He really cares for his patients, and has the greatest staff.

I love this office but must say that the billing Manager is extremely rude. I needed to set up a payment plan and well that was a nightmare in itself. one hour later i came out with the payment plan that i had originally asked for but was fought by the manager. She has no clue what she is doing

I ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH DR. DOHNER. HE'S BEEN MY DOCTOR SINCE HE ARRIVED IN WALTON 19 YEARS AGO. IF HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU HE'LL SEND YOU TO SOMEONE WHO DOES. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
