I was treated like an animal. Extremely painful ear treatment with no anesthesia or numbing drops. In addition dripping medicine was left in my ear causing stain ruined my shirt. Very unpleasant experience. I’m already seeing a bother doctor.

Dr Flavill was excellent. I trusted him. Very professional, very caring and very personal with a nice sense of humor.

Dr. Eric Flavill spent time and explained everything to me about my allergy issues, suggested a minor outpatient procedure and made sure I was both comfortable with the process and understood what was going on and answered all my questions. He is very thorough, scientific/knowledgeable, keeps up to date on the latest procedures and research as well as tried and true methods. His manner is one of a kind and caring physician that instantly made me feel comfortable and confident that I would be feeling better ASAP, and he follows through!

Dr. Eric Flavill is a skill physician and surgeon. He is knowledgeable and up to date on all procedures I travel 600 miles to see him because I know I will get excellent service. Dr. Flavill always has time to visit and explains his services very well and in lay men’s terms. I recommend Dr. Flavill if a person needs treatment.

Dr.Eric Flavill did a great job sewing my lower lip together but is VERY difficult if not impossible to reach by phone.

Dr. Flavill performed surgery on me and he did a great job. He is concerned about his patients and most of all he is professional. I had absolutely no pain after my surgery. I recommend Dr. Flavill for ears, nose, throat problems.

Dr. Flavill is a great doctor. He really cares about his patients. The staff is wonderful too and very helpful.

Five stars to Dr. Flavill and his office Manager who went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of as a patient. I cannot believe how courteous the staff was. I was having problems with other doctors miss diagnosing my symptoms and giving me an inaccurate diagnosis. All I can say is thank God for Dr. Flavill. Dr. Flavill saw me and gave me an accurate diagnosis and he explained everything to me in a way I could understand. What really helped was the courteous staff and office manager; the admin part of the visit was easy and did not cause me to have anxiety. I recommend Dr. Flavill.

I thought I could not be seen and Dr. Flavill found the time to work me into his busy schedule setting an appointment. He made me feel good about myself. As soon as I got to the office I was escorted in and placed into an examination room. Dr. Flavill explained my problem with courtesy and professionally; explaining to me in a way I could understand. I was very impressed when Dr. Flavell called me in the evening and the next day to check on me.
