Dr. Eric Foxman, MD

I grew up seeing this doctor for 6 years . I was prescribed add prescription and switched between so many meds from around 7/8 years old. Looking back it was a huge waste of time, and was completely over diagnosed. If I have a child in the future I would not go near a doctor like this. Yes he is educated, but poor personality, and afraid like manner. Ran into him a few months ago, and personality is the link to psychiatry. I would not see him. I’m sorry doctor

Dr Foxman is attentive, caring, informative, open-minded, intelligent, and takes a personal interest in his patients and their health. His follow up is excellent. He is straight forward about your health status and what you need to do to stay healthy. I have been going to Dr Foxman for about 10 years and I wouldn't trade him for anyone.

Very grateful for Dr. Foxman's help with my terrifying problem. I am so much better now thanks to his council and help.

I cannot believe the negative reviews I am reading. He is a wonderful doctor and has been treating my son who is now 12, for several years now. My son was diagnosed with Aspergers (anxiety, OCD, vocal ticks and ADD). My son takes medication and Dr. Foxman always prescribes with careful consideration. He will call you back same day even if it is at the end of his work day. He is always booked with back to back patients. While the ease of appointments is not that great, I found out that booking 3 appointments in advance (the maximum allowed) and then booking a new one upon each follow-up visit, really helps. He is very calm and patient which is very important, and always offers tips, tools and advice. He is not God. So, if you are looking for God, go to church. I think sometimes we forget that doctors are human just like us and may not always have all the answers. It is a partnership which means everyone needs to do their part in order for the relationship to be successful. No one said… it would ever be easy, and I am a true testament to that! If you are lucky to get in as a new patient, which will not be easy, he can really help. Help takes time.

Dr. Foxman has a gentle manner. He remembers his patients and keeps up with their care.

Saw the doctor for a year or so. Wrong diagnosis, poor bedside manner, and poor choice of medications. Saw another psychiatrist and it was worlds better. Avoid this Dr.

Eric was kind of lame. (Slow in his speaking.) He never offered solutions to my problems. Was overly freaked out about doom and gloom. Didn't offer suggestions. I just didn't like him. He needs to get a personality...even if he has to paint it on his body with cool colors. He's very negative.
