I recently had the opportunity to work with Dr. Eric Freitag for a psychological evaluation of my son, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Dr. Freitag was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to truly understand my son’s needs and concerns, making both of us feel heard and supported. What stood out most was his attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring we had all the appropriate documentation in place. This has been incredibly helpful for us in navigating next steps with support services. I highly recommend Dr. Freitag to any parent seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable professional who truly cares about the well-being of the children and families he works with.

This place is a joke! I have had a appt for months and at the time of making the appointment, I notified the office staff that I had been in a bad accident. She then calls me today, and tell me that there is a insurance problem. She just needed to call she kept telling me that she knows how this works. I do too. They just want you to pay cash, this doctor takes insurance and agrees to that price.

Dr Freitag was fantastic. after thorough exam, determinef my loved one does not have type of dementia diagnosed by previous dr and that medication doses were not correct. After changing meds, remarkable inprovement! thank you so much for Dr. Freitag assessment and expertise!

He lies more than the devil at my cost.

My daughter had been dealing with post concussion syndrome for several months. Through Dr. Freitag's assessment, we were able to finally get some direction on how to best approach treatment. All of her doctors before were telling her to "Rest" until she felt better. We had been doing that for months! Dr. Freitag finally told us that all of this rest was actually doing more harm then good and gave us a plan for rehabilitation and treatment. I am giving him 4 rather then 5 stars just because he does not take our insurance and therefore had a large out of pocket expense.

Recently visited the office. My same-sex co-parent going and our teenage son. They were refused treatment because he is not the biological father. Additionally, was told that the non-custodial biological mother would have to sign some forms. I took time off work the next week to take our son myself. I was told that I would have to bring custody paperwork in order to get service. I was referred there from another doctor who is my sons primary caregiver for his medical issue. It was as if an x-ray tech asked for a bunch of unnecessary and burdensome paperwork to do a simple job. His manner was high handed, patronizing and callous. All this took place in front of our son who was shocked and ashamed. He, and we, are confident the treatment would have been different if we had a different family structure.

I found he did manipulative things.

I think that I saw him snap and curt, dismissive, derogatory attitude to a staff person o color.

My husband suffered a head injury in a motor vehicle accident. Dr. Freitag was the only doctor to explain how the injury had impacted my husband and provide a plan for recovery
