They appear to me that they like to try to get you to do unnecessary work and the staff is very unprofessional.

I've heard that Dr. George is a skilled surgeon. Unfortunately, the unprofessional conduct of the Manager destroyed my impression of that practice. I had waited a long time for the denture implants and was eager for the consult. I left the office optimistic about having the procedure and eager to begin. The Manager assured me she would call the next day re: insurance and scheduling a date. I had not heard from her 3 days later. I called the office, was told she was in a meeting. I left a message for her to call me back. Two days later I had not received a call. Contacted office again, was told she was busy, left another message for her to call me. No call. I called the office every 2-3 days. Exactly a month later I still had not heard from her. I wrote a letter to Dr. George explaining the situation. Still no response. Such a disappointment to dash my hopes of having the procedure. A complaint that iI would have overlooked if I hadn't been so disappointed in my experience is that I… waited 45 minutes before being seen. Lots of friends knew how happy I was to have this done. So when they ask me about my experience I tell them everything.

I found that they saw me as a cash cow and just wanted to max out revenue - whether I needed the work out not ~ I found it extremely unsettling and disappointing. I would never recommend them ~ in my experience, they have a poor attitude and obtained poor results.

Went for a check up and cleaning. Previously was going to a different dentist. I was concerned due to the virus, and had not been to the dentist since 2019. However I found the staff to be very conscious of hygiene. Felt totally safe there. And the services were excellent. Will be back next week to have a cavity taken care of.

My first time at this office. Very professional and caring doctors and staff. Super clean and spacious. Totally recommend.

Dr. Shehadeh is awesome! He and his team never make me feel bad about the results of my dental hygiene and his work is top notch. If there is ever anything that doesn't feel quite right he is able to correct it in a few minutes. Also on multiple occasions I had pressing concerns about my teeth and on both occasions someone in the office was able to see me and address the concern fully that day! I will never go anywhere else.

Best dentist I've ever been to. Dr. George's office caters to cowards which I am. They make me less anxious by giving me all the information I need up front. I would recommend to anyone!

Arrived for appointment 10 minutes early. Following instructions on the door, I called the office number to advise I was in the lot for my scheduled appointment. Within a few minutes, a hygienist came to my vehicle, did a quick COVID screen, then escorted me inside. Routine cleaning was good, hygienist answered a few of my questions, scheduled my next appointment and I was on my way. Great experience.

Appreciate work being done correctly the first time. No need for a “follow-up”.
