Dr. Eric Gershman, MD

My first visit with this Doctor was great, he seems very caring and nice, takes time to explain things in a way that is understandable and puts you at ease. I have never had a doctor walk me out before either. Would be nice if all doctors did little things like this that make a very good impression. I recommend Dr. Gershwin if you ever need a hematologist!

This “so called” Dr. should not be practicing medicine . Has anyone else seen his reviews from a prior practice in Florida? He mysteriously left the practice. Now he practices in Nevada! Do not trust this man with your health.

My father was referred to Dr Gershman when he was admitted to St Rose Hospital. He did not smile, did show any real concern for my fathers care. He said he was concerned with his malnutrition and we should see the GI doctor. We indicated we were having issues getting a referral but he did not offer any help to get the process initiated. He then requested blood work for some tests. When we did finally get the tests scheduled with Steinberg Diagnostics, we were told my dad who is 88 would have to go back to Quest to submit for an additional two more vials of blood which I am not sure were not ordered with his initial blood work request. He said was also unable to most likely do anything about my fathers itching. My father passed yesterday. Go see someone else who you feel will provide you with better caring service.

Very Caring. Informed me of all options available to me. Very knowledgeable. Spent time discussing my case with me and my family. Professional staff. Great follow through.

I would not send my Pet to this doctor. He did not inform us properly and missed very important things that other doctors saw right away looking at his test results. If you care about your loved one find a different doctor.
