This is a bad human. Does not spend anytime with you just prescribes you meds and makes you leave. Was insanely rude to my mom when.i was a teenager because she didn't want me to be prescribed a certain psych med because it has potential irreversible side effects and shes a doctor so she knows. He got all b hurt with his short little self, and told my mom if she was going to tell him how to do his job she could find another doctor. He is part of the problem hes a big pharma shill and has no actual plans on helping you he wants to shove pills and SSRIs down developing teen brains. Boo this man.

Dr. Gilbreath is very careful and thoughtful about his treatment recommendations, and perhaps even more important, he is very knowledgeable about and careful with medication recommendations. Always listens to patient input and explains why he makes his recommendations. Excellent Doctor. Would recommend without reservation.

Both of my boys are patients of Dr. Gilbreath; he has a wonderful and patient demeanor with children, he talks to and not at them, he is gentle in speech and keeps everyone at ease, he also listens to the parent - input, concerns, and takes a collaborative approach to patient care. His office is responsive, if I leave a message I receive a call back the same day, and appointments were easy to make and no long waitlists.

Expert at diagnoses, balancing and prescribing medications and is also humane and kind. I’ve been his patient for years and rate him at five stars only because your system doesn’t allow for more.

My experience with Gilbreath was extremely poor, he was my first psychiatric doctor and set my level of expectation extremely low. I was a teenager when I started seeing him and from the beginning he made it clear that the people deciding how I felt and what was needed to be 'fixed' about me were the holders of the wallet (my parents). He would not let me have a single private appointment without my mother present for the first year or so of seeing him, and in every appointment he would only speak to her, completely disregarding the fact that he was there to address my concerns as well. I was basically ikea built up by him and my own mother to make the 'ideal child'. He has no real understanding of people and basically only sees them as ATM's, his office was constantly raising their prices and sending us crazy high bills for appointments I never even had. He completely over prices his "sessions", if you can even call them that, and throws patients out if they miss 2 appointments even… because of circumstances out of their control.

Dr. Gilbreath helped save my life 11 years ago. I have effectively dealt with my anxiety and depression and we continue to follow up every 6 months. I appreciate his time, dedication, and all he has done for me as an individual.

I have been going to this office for four years now with no problems. I was seeing dr Kent but he had decided to close his practice and referred me to dr gilbreth. Made the appointment with him then get a call from Valorie to inform me I will have to pay over three hundred dollars to see dr gilbreth for the initial evaluation. Thing of it is I can’t afford that and have already paid that to my old dr for my diagnosis but they insist I pay it again. When I said it was ridiculous valorie said she would talk to Galbraith and see if he would work the cost down when she called back she said there was nothing she could do and that I’d have to find another doctor. These people are a joke all about the almighty dollar. These are people who treat suicidal and depressed people and they turn away ppl who have to choose between their healthcare and food on the table. Not just healthcare but they are messing with people’s lives. Wish them the best when it’s their time to stand before god! Please do… yourself a favor and stay far away from this joke of a doctor who evidently can’t read another doctors notes and treat the patient off that. All he wants is money if you don’t have it then you are basically thrown out to the curb. Makes a person wonder how many of the people he turned down ended up harming themselves what a joke this guy is no better than hitler himself no love for his fellow man just his pocketbook but guess what joker your money means nothing in the end! Dr. Gilbreath has been seeing my son for 4 years now. He is always ready on time. He is friendly, caring and willing to listen to medication ideas. Luckily my son is only 13 and will be able to see this doctor for many years to come.
