Dr. Eric Malcolm Gross, MD

My recent experience at Dr. Eric Gross's practice was outstanding. I went to see him for a second opinion, and I finally have the diagnosis that previous providers had missed. Dr. Gross was very thorough, and I feel he went above and beyond what I had experienced with other providers. I highly recommend Dr. Gross, and his staff, who were very professional.

I bit the underside of my tongue and kept biting it while chewing , it developed into a pinon nut size ball. This started months ago and my family DR. said it would eventually go down, it didn't. I was given a referral by my Dr. to go and see a ENT Dr, so I went online at Googlemaps.com to check him out. I checked Dr. after Dr. and got nothing but bad reviews on them and their staff until I read Dr. Gross reviews. Eureka! I want this Dr., however he wasn't taking any new patients and I'm retired and on Medicare/Humanna thur my employer.The lady said to call back next month. I did as instructed and got a referral for my Dr. and was told that I would be placed on a waiting list. I called a couple of times and was told the same. I happened to have an appointment with my Allergist who has his office next door so I stopped in and showed the Lady in the office my lump under my tongue, She looked at it and said she would speak to the Dr. Low and behold they called back wanting to see me.… I saw the Dr. and he said he could remove it in the office so we set it up. No complications,shot in the tongue and snip it was off. After caring for it as instructed ,I went back and everything looked good. Whew!! no cancer. I also had some ear wax removed for a small candle. Great Dr. and very professional and his staff was great. I won't go anywhere else. David

I went to several ENT doctors before going to Dr. E. Gross, I was very surprised when he took his time to ask me all the questions all the other ENT doctors didn't ask or do, I am very happy to have found Dr. Gross he has helped me with my Allergies and ear problem expeditiously, I know I will not seeing any other Ent.

Dr Gross is the best! He really cares and he went WAY beyond to help me with a really difficult problem. He took the time to answer all my questions and reassure me. I can't say enough about how good he treated me. Excellent staff also.

I completely recommend him if you have any concerns. His office is great along with employees and the waiting room isn’t overly packed all day just waiting around. In short I had a goiter which is a growing thyroid gland and had to have it removed. It all happened fast but he was very kind and supportive as well as clear about all of my options. He did my surgery and removed partial. It was my first surgery and as weird as it is I’m happy with the end result. See him at least once and make your own decision.

How great it is to be under a doctor's care which respects, listens, & diagnosis professionally and correctly. Well worth my time and will be Dr. Gross' life-long patient.

Dr. Gross is an exceptional surgeon with an amazing staff. He repaired my daughters nasal fracture and septum amazingly. Her nose looks very natural and we are very pleased with the outcome.

I highly recommend Dr. Gross, he is great! He’s nice and caring. He listened to me when I talked about what I didn’t like about my nose and was super great at explaining what he was going to do to fix my issues. The staff is super friendly too and everyone just makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I love my new nose!
