I tried for 2 hours to reach someone in the office. Could not talk to anyone. Had to go there to get any answers to my questions. I love Dr. Hall, however, I might have to find my child another child care provider.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. Dr Hall and the PAs are always helpful and curteous. They take the time to really ask questions. Loved the fact when my daughter was sick and the lab results came back on a Sunday , Dr Hall contacted me sent a prescription to the pharmacy that afternoon. On point!! Overall friendly and helpful. Sure there's a wait, but I've never been to a doctors office and never had a wait.

Bottom line up front: terrible and careless bedside manners of sick side receptionist. Front desk receptionist seems annoyed and inconvenienced. Been bringing my toddler in for a few months now for ongoing upper respiratory infections to avoid them developing into something worse. Had to take my little one to a different doctor where they confirmed what I was trying to avoid. Attempted to make an appointment to follow up with this diagnosis as Dr. Hall's office is my little one's primary doctor, and front desk receptionist refused to schedule one. She seemed careless and unconcerned. I knew about the long waits and dealt with it because the PAs/nurses/triage staff are courteous and knowledgable. The well side receptionist has excellent bedside manners and seems to know how to handle different kinds of patients. I met Dr. Hall one time, and I really liked how thorough he was. I understand the sick side receptionists sees countless patients throughout the day, but you truly wear… your feelings on your sleeve. It didn't bother me at first until now. As a parent, I needed to see the doctor to confirm this diagnosis and educate me on how to provide home care. I had questions and concerns that my little one's doctor could provide. But, because of this serious diagnosis and how the front desk receptionist didn't seem to care, I've decided to find a different doctor.

The Drs and Staff are always caring and do thier best to give you answera quickly. They always pay attention to whst your needs and questions are. Ive been taking my children here for 11 yrs and never have had a problem.

They don't call you back for results or to let you know of refers. you have to call them and stay on them and that's just something I don't have time for!

The office staff needs to care more. My child was shuffled around from triage to an exam room and the nurses just asked what was on the paper. The Dr. Read from the paper that took 60 seconds for 2 snobby nurses to complete and spent about 5 minutes with my son. The front office was short as well. Not very friendly people, they don't even give a toy after shots. And the side bar conversations between the staff are not even close to appropriate for my 6 year old. I can't believe anyone even hires such unprofessional personnel.

Rude Office Staff and never get to see the doctor. When you finally get a chance to set the doctor he never listens to the problem, wants to pass your child off to the nurse practitioner and if you question this then he tells you to find another doctor. SO WE DID.

Took 4mth old son for well baby visit/vaccines. The nursing staff and nurse practioner seamed fine on this initial visit (our son was never seen by the pediatrian Dr. Eric Hall). At 6mth well baby visit/vaccines our son was examined by the same nurse practioner as 4mth visit and recieved vaccines after an hour plus wait for the morning appointment. Later while enrolling our child in daycare discovered they failed to give our son one of his 6mth required(by the state of GA) vaccine and gave him a vaccine he did not need. Spoke to the receptionist and two nurses about this matter and they all blamed us for failure to notify them about his previous vaccine history. At our initial visit they photo copied and wrote into their medical records his medical history from the hospital of birth and vaccines given by the previous pediatrician. Was advised to schedule my son for a 9mth check up where they assured me they would administer the correct vaccines to make sure he was up to date in the GA… vaccination record. Went to our scheduled 9mth appointment days before his actual 9mth birthday and they refused to see our son because he was not actually 9mths. The receptionist failed to inform me that this appointment would have to be scheduled after his actually 9mth birthday. Because of the lack of courtesy by the receptionist, incompetant nursing staff and the fact my son never was seen by the pediatrican once during his multiple visits and most importantly because they administered incorrect vaccinations to my infant son I will never take him to this office nor recommend him to other parents!
