Dr. Eric Bennett Ingersoll, MD

Office is dirty. Waited 2 hours before I was seen. Front desk young lady on her cell phone. Not very privacy complaint for a doctors office.

So far, Dr. Ingersoll has been very knowledgeable and caring. I transferred to him from another orthopedic surgeon with similar experience because I did not want any more steroid shots, and was looking for an alternative. The comment someone made about pushing on their finger was ridiculous and lowered his overall rating to make it look way worse than it should be. I will give another review post surgery.

Dr Ingersoll has taken care of my Orthopedic needs for the past 12 years. Excellent care and staff is caring.

Helped me with me knee pain.

I saw Dr. Ingersoll and he was fantasy. However his office staff was rude to me. I was order a MRI and call the next day to see if they got approval from my insurance company and the office manager as she called herself was rude and yelling at me saying she would talk to the insurance company when she had time. I ask to talk to the DR and she said he doesn't talk to patient ???. I asked if I could leave a message for him and she said no. This women was so rude to me I am in pain and a patient I pay good money for the service and to be treated like this is awful. I am looking for another Dr now.

Dr. Eric B. Ingersoll is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I have been to his office many times, for various injuries, and each time I was met with helpful staff, a knowledgeable physician, and efficient care. I definitely would recommend Dr. Ingersoll for any orthopedic needs you may have.
