Dr. Eric Alf Jentoft, MD

My experience with Dr. Jentoft was very upsetting. He continually kept telling me I had ovarian cancer which was not the case. He made me come back for many unnecessary ultrasounds. He was going to remove my ovary, which when I went to Mayo Clinic they said was completely unnecessary. I made a surgery appointment with his office, and they kept trying to tell me it was a different day but I had it in writing. I had scheduled work around the original date so I didn't want to change (besides being very anxious). Then they called me two days before to change the date. My husband called very upset to find out why the change and the doctor admitted that he wanted to go golfing. If you don't want to be treated like garbage, don't go to Dr. Jentoft. I had a much better experience with Dr. Gina Sternschuss.

OB-GYN Associates was awful to work with. Dr. Eric Jentoft not only was arrogant & impatient, but so was his staff. I will not be going back & I've made that very clear to them. I will also be telling other people to avoid them like the plague. I left feeling completely valnerable, embarrassed, & stupid. Pure disgust! >(

Dr. Jentoft himself was great. The office, however was terrible and I will never go there again. After spending over an hour in the waiting room, I finally got in to see the doctor. I had a ten minute visit and the doctor was lovely. When I tried to get all my information faxed to my primary OB/GYN at the front desk, everyone acted super upset (how dare I go somewhere else when im supposed to gave another appointment in a week, and they can't get me for 2.5?) I spend the rest of the day on the phone with the office trying to get them to send one fax. They still haven't done it, so tomorrow im going back to get my paperwork in person.

ONE OF THE RUDEST DOCTORS I HAVE EVER MET!!! I REFUSE TO GO TO HIM AGAIN!

Dr. Jentoft has been my doctor for two children as well as a tubal pregnancy. He was very thorough and sensitive to all my needs and talked to me in great detail about unique situations. He is performing a c-section next month for me and I couldn't be happier.
