Another problem with my left foot again. Made appointment with Dr. M. And after few visit he finally found the root of the problem and took care of Thank you Dr. MASTERNICK

I've had none of the problems identified by other commentor. I find the reception staff, the allied medical staff, and Dr. Masternick to be top shelf practitioners. I get quick appoints, no waiting in office or exam room, and the best professional podiatry I've ever had. My family - including my 90 year old aunt, have been to this practice on several occasions. 5 Stars - Easy.

This office is part of a consortium that has a very onerous financial contract. For instance, if the company cannot collect from your insurer, within 30 days, you are responsible for the whole bill. Even if they haven't applied to your insurer properly. Plus they don't have to notify you that there is a problem so you can call your insurer to help them collect. Plus they will immediately send you to collection, without notice, if a bill is over 30 days. So you can be billed a lot more than you expect, because of their incompetence, have them fail to get you that unexpected bill, and find yourself in collections, with possible damage to your credit rating, due to no fault of your own. If you sign their contract, you've agreed to that. I tried to get the office manager to make some changes. Because there were also things that didn't apply to my situation. She refused. I offered to pay for that entire visit, on the spot, by credit card. Obviating the need for any contract. She still… insisted that I had to sign it. She either hadn't read it, didn't understand it, or simply lied. It was beyond frustrating. I got up and left. There are many podiatrists in Reston. I don't need this doctor, and neither do you.
