I had a great experience with Dr. Mehler! The staff was warm and welcoming, and put me right at ease. After my cleaning, Dr. Mehler explained to me what I was looking at on my x-rays and helped me decide what to do next for treatment. Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately, my level of expectation for overall customer service wasn’t even close to being met. The woman at the front desk was rude and very short when I questioned my billing. Let me just say, after researching the work I received against my payments and benefits I will never visit this office again. After this experience, I’ve learned to check with my benefit provider before paying anything for dental services.

I have been getting my cleanings with Jackie. Everyone in this office is great. The front desk is very welcoming and the girls and Dr explain everything clearly; no surprises. I love that it is clean and they have always ran on time when I have an appointment. For sure recommend Dr Mehler!!!! - Mike G

So upset about thedenture you made me after many visits and impressions you ended up making me an abortion is the only way I can put it.I couldnt believe after all your promises you sent me home with a damaged too big ugly denture.It is beyond belief.You talked a good story and made many promises!But in the end I got a damaged monstosity denture that is unacceptable.I have been in contact with Discover card and they are holding uo $1200 of your bill which I expect you to credit me for such shoddy work.
