Dr. Novak was personable but to the point. I did not feel he was trying to rush through our meeting which was truly appreciated. He converted a sense of true interest in my case. He explained my MRI such that I could understand the result and his recommendations. He encouraged me to ask questions.

I was so impressed with Dr. Novack! He was able to answer all of my questions and calmed my anxiousness readily! He was gentle and always looked me in the eye when answering my concerns.

Dr. Novack and his team are great. They are very attentive. He took the time to tell me what's going on with my son listen to what we had to say.
