Dr. Eric A Orzeck, MD

Several years ago I somehow found Dr. Orzeck! After testing, he diagnosed me with no HGH and low thyroid. Moving down the road, my insurance/job location changed and I had a difficult time making it to his location. Several doctors later, I'm back! It did take a few visits for Dr. Orzeck to warm up to my sense of humor :-) We talk...we, not just he. We discuss my health and the steps to improve it. I do research and educate myself so I have questions and the discussions are insightful. I've had some unique health challenges over the last several years and he puts a lot of thought in to my treatments. I wouldn't trade him for the world! There have been some bumps on prescriptions, however, diligence is a virtue and it needs to be brought to his attention if it becomes an issue. I like everyone in his office, however, business is business...I try to be positive, but there is a point he needs to be aware of it. I've had a minimum wait time when I go in...I'm strategic as well… and plan the times for my appointments. He doesn't rush me and I respect that if I do have a reasonable wait. Very few people may also realize how much Dr. Orzeck gives back to the community. He volunteers his time to help others and has been very active in recovery from any disasters Houston has experienced. Summing it up...Dr. Orzeck is a treasure. Get a stiff upper lip and realize he may seem like a bear, but he's really a teddy bear!

I work for an insurance company. I have requested information from Dr Orzecks office in order to help a patient get the care they need over the last month. Liz the authorization coordinator has told me things like I just got in the office, I have to have the Dr notes transcribed or Ill send that out today. I still don't have the information needed and the patients symptoms are escalating.

Saw Dr Orzeck for the first time, and I know, without a doubt, that he will help me with my low thyroid, low bone density, and anemia conditions. He is so knowledgeable, and so reassuring that help is near at hand. I really enjoyed my visit, because the entire office staff is there to help you. They are all so friendly and efficient. I will always stay with this office, and know I am with the best specialist in his area.

Very accurate diagnostician. I've been with him for several years for thyroid problems. Would not switch doctors unless absolutely necessary.

I was looking at some pretty significant issues with my gums and teeth, not happy with conventional treatment (cutting, cleaning and stitching of gums). Laser treatment went well, only 2 visits to complete. Gums much better, everything looks good!
