I am from EUROPE and need to see DR.PACHTER ,,,BUT I see alot of review and most of them are complaining about the DR. that is very unprofecional and not kind beside together with the staff , I just want to know if this IS TRUE ??? because I find out alot of doctor in the USA are in a rush and not kind like in EUROPE where they have alot of time for the pacient,,, Please need some body ask this question , if not I guess I have to go to EUROPE to do the precedure REZUM..

Unable to get an appointment when I was in pain. Office staff does not care. Calls never returned. Much happier with new physician. World of difference.

Very Unprofessional Dr. Horrible service and very disrespectful. Doesn't even deserve to be called a Doctor. His job is to help patients and it feels like it bothers him to be called into the emergency room to help someone in need. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!

hours ago Very disappointing- This doctor performed a surgery on me knowing I had no health insurance . I call for my follow up appointment . They then told that they couldn’t remove the stencils because. I have no insurance and if I wanted them removed I would have to pay 400.00 at the time of follow up visit ! If that was the case I would never allow him to operate on me since I knew it was not fincanlly Possible for me ??. This is the most horrible feeling I ever had !!! TO ADD - insult to my injury the office manager Sherry literally ridicule me that I was to assume that none of their services were free . Kick me when I down !! I’m not looking for an Hand out but my finial status didn’t change in 7 days & the doctors knew I had no health insurance why do this to me !!! SHAME ON YOU ! I hope this happens to her and she has no health insurance and has to figure out how to how deal with this !!!!!

Dr. Pachter preformed 4 different surgeries on me. One was considered so risky other doctors I was referred to would not do it. All the procedures he performed on me were very successful. He is the best!

Not to be trusted, had agreed all amounts with insurance company and then was billed for higher amount, would not discuss it, put it into collections with no further discussion
