Dr. Eric Joseph Palfreyman, MD

Dr. Palfreyman has been my doctor for six or seven years. Along with his apparent expertise regarding my diagnosis, he listens to my concerns and explains things in a manner which is easy to understand for a layman. He is very compassionate and presents with a calm nature. I would and have recommended him to friends.

My primary physician referred me to Dr. Palfreyman due to elevated blood results and ongoing joint pain and inflammation. After a thorough exam and blood work, we met and he explained what he found. Though my diagnosis was "unspecified" arthritis, Dr. Palfreyman included my thoughts and concerns while creating planning my care. Initially my improvement was minimal, so we sat down and discussed alternatives. Eventually, we found the right combination of therapy and medication (not pain meds) to improve my daily living. I have a lot more "good days" than bad days and I attribute it to Dr. Palfreyman's expertise and true concern and compassion for his patients. I have never felt my perspective was ignored or that I was pressured into any treatment option. I absolutely recommend Dr. Palfreyman to anyone who wants to partner in their healthcare.

Dr. Eric correctly diagnosed my disease when other physicians could not. He saved my life. Because of his knowledge and skills, I can live my life in a normal, healthy manner. He has a kind and sensitive approach to each patient -a critical part of healing.

Dr Palfreyman and his staff are a blessing to me and to my 84 year old mother. He listens to Mom and takes the time to read her test results and do a complete exam. He doesn't throw meds at her, but gives her options to help with her specific problems/concerns. The office has gotten my mom in quickly for appointments when I've needed them and they have compassion for the pain and challenges that she faces (and that I face as her daughter trying to be her advocate). Every single time that we have left this office, I have wanted to cry simply because they show us respect and give us hope to face another day. Arthritis sucks and I hate watching the effects of this on my mother, if you are going through this and need a specialist, trust me, call this office, Dr. Palfreyman and his staff are fantastic.
