Dr. Eric Conrad Schenk, MD

I really liked Dr. Shenk. He explained the procedure step by step. He was very personable. He was very "up-front" in telling me that my condition was very unusual and that he had seen only a handful of cases like mine.

Sadly, for such a great doctor, I feel overlooked and diminished by the staff. For the odd symptoms that I am having, I would expect a bit more seriousness in approaching these matters - especially being that I've recently had two cancers and a potential brain aneurism. While I do not think it is probably an aneurism, I do hope that my doctor would spend more time then trying to figure out just what is really going on...His nurse is abrupt and makes it hard to explain symptoms... she makes me feel somewhat belittled - almost as though I am making up some of the issues. She also does not call back when expected.Dr. Schenk himself is very knowledgeable, I wish his team supported his knowledge,
