Dr. Eric Glen Spann, MD

Dr. Spann is very attentive to my needs and listens about my issues. His staff is excellent and I love the environment.

My experience with Dr Spann has been absolutely great! He is caring and concerned about me as the patient. The experience I have had with the doctors office manager is like no other. She is unwilling to do a task required by my insurance company in order for me to continue to see the doctor until the start of the new year. For this cause I am forced to find a new doctor in Mountain View. I will be asking Dr Spann for a recommendation.

My experience with Dr Spann as very bad. I was told I complained all the time —— more than any patient he had. He said I should quite the whining, complaining and self pity and make some changes in my life (of which he knew nothing as I was a relatively new patient). He did not diagnose a ruptured C3 disc which was causing extreme pain in my neck, shoulders and arms. All of this could be heard by anyone in the office or waiting room due to paper-thin walls that offer no privacy for the patient.

I did not have a positive experience with this Dr. He was extremely disrespectful and would not listen to my issues or questions. I was told I was a complainer. As a result I was misdiagnosed and suffered until I went to a different Dr , 2 in fact ,and was properly diaosed.

I have never seen a better Doctor. I travel quite a while to see him.

DR. SPANN IS NOT ONLY AN EXCELLANT DOCTOR OF KNOWLEDGE, HE ALSO IS EXCELLANT AT LISTENING AND TREATING THE WHOLE PATIENT...THE TIME HE SPENDS IS ABOVE AND BEYOND..HE SCHEDULES APPOINTMENTS AT INTERVALS SO NOBODY FEELS RUSHED....HE TRULY IS A 5 STAR DOCTOR......HE LOVES HIS PROFESSION AND TI SHOWS....

Overly busy and too many patients but a model physician.
