I had to sign a waiver to pay out of pocket and I’m 100% covered by VA. He made me feel like a burden like he was in a rush and told me to go to the VA with an attitude

last saw him 2 years ago my son hasnt had any ear problems since then but had earache and dr. waki staff fitted us in right away ! Dr. Waki even remembered my son & cleaned my sons ear out with no pain I am so happy Dr. Waki is still working & new office is amazing ! & view & free parking is a plus there was a wait but we werer added on so we understood. I would recommend seeing him or his doctors in his office to anyone.

We were lucky to found Dr. Waki for polyp removal surgery. He is not just an excellent surgeon but also cares about his patients. After the diagnosis of CAT scan, he personally called twice to explain what needed to be done. After the surgery, he personally called again to check on the patient. His assistance is also very kind and greets patients with warm smiles. If you need an ENT doctor, I strongly recommend considering Dr. Waki.

I arrived on time for my appointment last week and a pleasant staff member invited back to an examining room before I had finished the basic paperwork. Dr. Waki was there soon thereafter and, after an examination, fully explained my options with empathy for my condition. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Waki and his staff. Regarding paying for parking, I remember when it was free to park and enter Knott's Berry Farm. Times are changing. The St. Jude area is crowded and parking structures are expensive.

First of all, this is a busy office. There can be some wait time and in my case with two young kids it’s not been an issue so far because the lobby has a play table and a fish tank to keep them occupied. The staff might seem standoffish but I can only assume that’s because of the number of patients waiting to be helped. Dr. Waki has treated both of my kids; I find him extremely knowledgeable and he gets straight to the point during visits. He is efficient and knows his speciality well. I am an emotional person when it comes to my kids health so I don’t want or need a doctor who is “soft” so-to-speak. I prefer to just get the information straight without much emotion tied to it. And Dr. Waki works just fine for me. Sometimes he talks rather quickly; so I usually read up ahead of time on the issues my kids are dealing with so it makes sense when he is speaking. If you want a doctor that will do a lot of hand holding he might not be for you. But if you want someone very knowledgeable and… efficient and you don’t mind leaving the emotion out of it then I highly recommend him. Overall St. Jude is a great hospital and I’ve always been pleased with their services.

Nice people but clueless when it comes to customer service. First no parking they send you to lot that you pay and they do not validate Chaching. Then you walk in and they immediately charge any payments. Then make you wait at least 45 minutes to incur a parking charge. Then Doc sees you for 3 minutes only to tell you he wants to run a text but not today. Come back in 5 weeks!! Really!?!? Come on!! Scam!!!

wait times are unbelievable. just crazy. i asked for a appointment after lunch, so i would be first after lunch. STILL WAITED ONE HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Waki is an excellent doctor and took very good care of our daughter. He put tubes in her ears and was very professional and courteous. Thank you Dr. Waki!

He is kind and explained to me so well that I could understand him. Two days later I called him that my mass size. He made return call to me and again kindly told me. He is a wonderful and great doctor

I went to see Dr. Waki for sleep Apnea. I accidentally gave them my dental card instead of my HMO insurance card. After countless hours on the phone they said they fixed the mistake. It turns out they did not. I then personally drove down to their office and gave them another copy of my insurance card. They again said the billing issue was fixed. Turns out again they did not fix the problem. They took me to collections and destroyed my credit despite the fact they had all the correct insurance information. This is ether a scam or a very incompetent staff.. If you value your credit go see a alternate Dr.
