That he is a great doctor and I want him back as my doctor ,wishthat I could find him

Dr. Williams is extremely caring and professional.

Dr. Williams and his PA are great. I am not impressed with the rest of the staff. I almost always have to wait more than 24 hours for them to call in a prescription. I contacted them after 48 hours and they said they may not get to call it in until tomorrow. To me this is unacceptable. On prescription line the message says please give us 24 hours. They should stay true to what they say!!

When he first went into practice, he was courteous, and spent time, BUT after test instead of calling with results, he requires follow up appts. I get 5 appts per year on my insurance, he burnt through 4 within 4 months. This all could have been handled over the phone. I had to change doctors. The people I have referred and no longer do claim, they never see him.instead they get handed off to the PA. What's next a nurse practitioner?You lost your personable touch.Also med techs are rookies.

Staff is basically lazy and incompetent. Only one of the office staff is even comptetent to answer the telephone. Dr. Williams does a great job but his staff is going to ruin his practice!

Caring and knowledgable doctor who treats you as an individual with your own needs and best treatment options. Great coordinator of medical issues with other doctors.

Dr Williams and Jennifer Benson are great to visit...the staff needs work, it is very hard to get an appointment.

People that work there are ADD and dont care. Im on hold with them now for 19 minutes and NO reply. Staff forgot to call me back. Lazy. Eric is a good doctor.

I love going to NW GA Family Practice! Dr. Williams and his staff have always made my daughter and I feel very comfortable!! I trust Dr. Williams' judgement and opinions. Plus his staff seems to took care of us like their own family members, while maintaining a superior level of professionalism.
