Dr. Eric Liang Xia, MD

My husband was getting antibiotic infusion at home and he did not use our pharmacy so it cost us $600 instead of $200. He told us that CVS did not have this medicine but when I called our insurance they said CVS did have the antibiotics. That could of save us a lot of money and he did not tell us that our insurance did not have any until after the fact but that was a lie because CVS did have the medicine. I pay for insurance to use mine not whoever he was getting a kickback from. Very disappointed won't be seeing this doctor again. Now I am stuck with a large bill for someone else's mistake.

My mother is in the hopital with a form of community based pnemonia. Dr. Xia was called in to consult to be sure that she is being treated aggressivly enough. My mother was so upset after he left. Dr. Xia would not listen to her or allow her to finish her sentences. He kept cutting her off and saying that he did not want to hear about that. She felt so disrespected after her encounter with him. She is so upset about how she was treated and how Xia spoke to her. He also disputed the other doctor's diagnosis despite having the pathology report that was used to diagnose her.
