I do like and respect Doctor Young. He is a bit quiet so I had to ask LOTS of questions prior to my procedure to understand the entire surgical process. I am a 'hands-on' 'show-me' person. Would have preferred to have been shown and give diagrams and / or a DVD to take home. All of that would have increased my comfort zone. I do agree the office Staff is extremely warm & welcoming as is the Medical Staff. The Clinic where Dr. Young performed the surgery (of which he is one of the Owners), was very well organized. I LOVED having a private room. Did not have this with a Clinic I had been sent to for a prior procedure as all that separated me from the other patients was just a curtain.

I am very impressed with Dr. Young.He is very professional. I was treated with the utmost respect, consideration and concern. He spoke to me not down to me in language that I could understand. I've 'celebrated' my 10th surgical procedure done by Dr. Young and still feel he's the BEST. He treats me like a real person not a number as does his awesome staff. I recently had Basal Joint hand surgery which he had already done on my left hand, and have had excellent results again. I'm not a surgery 'nut', I've needed these surgeries and feel that Dr. Young has done amazing work to make my life more fullfilling...I want to thank him and his staff for their professionalism, caring and for being so upbeat with me. Y'all are No. 1 in my 'book'!!!

My son had a horrible fall in the mountains with multiple injuries. We were told he may need surgery on his nailbed within 24 hours. A large orthopedic office in the area offered me an apppointment 6 days down the road and wouldn't let me talk to the nurse to express the urgency. I called Dr. Young's office and they offered to see us before office hours first thing the next morning! Our care was outstanding. I worked for a group of hand surgeons in Denver for 14 years, and never thought I would find a doctor I liked and respected as much. Then I found Dr Young, He and his staff are professional, courteous and technically proficient. I have recommended him to several friends, one who needed shoulder surgery and all were pleased with care received.

I had to bring my son in to see Dr Young, and his staff got him scheduled that day working us in. Dr Young was so caring and they had my son in surgery the next day. After care was wonderful i called constantly( being a mother ) and the MA answered all my questions. I recommend him to everyone. WONDERFUL WONDERFUL so happy we found you. Thank you

I've been seeing Dr. Young since 2004 and he's done all 7 of my surgeries since. I think he is not only an amazing doctor but a very caring one at that. He has the most professional attitude and sincere 'bedside' manner of any orthopedic doctor I've ever had the experience to meet. His staff is very polite, professional and caring as well. They make be feel so comfortable and welcomed when I arrive and we share kind words. I can't begin to imagine my life w/o him as my doctor or his staff. All I need to really say is 'Thank you Dr. Young for giving me back my quality of life! Y'all are the BEST!

I've had great results with Dr. Young and his entire staff. He's gentle and caring. His bedside manners set him apart. They get me in and out quick and they always follow up to see how I'm doing. Getting an appt. is easy. The surgeries have gotten right to the heart of the pain and made me better.My family and friends trust and use Dr. Young. Excellent ortho doctor - gave me my options with and without surgery following an accident where I dislocated my shoulder. He was candid but nice that my active life would be severely impacted without undergoing rotator cuff surgery. I tried it without for a month and he was right. Had the surgery 6 weeks ago and all is well so far with recovery and PT. A good human being and an excellent orthopedic surgeon.
