Dr. Erica Nicole Balysh, DO

Dr. Balysh has been my PCP for almost two years now. I am so thankful I have found her! She is highly intelligent, thorough and kind. I never feel rushed. She takes the time to answer questions and discuss my condition and concerns. I have seen many doctors, unfortunately, due to numerous injuries from a bad auto accident. Dr. Balysh is one of the best! She provides Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) also, which has helped me greatly with radiculopathy pain. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Balysh! The staff at the clinic are very nice and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Balysh and the clinic.

I chose Dr. Balysh last year because I wanted a female doctor. She was very kind and seemed professional first. I told her I had Leep surgery a few months before and how much I worried about my HPV problem. But when I had bad pap smear result again as I thought, she arranged me to see a bone specialist. Of course, I cancelled it and arranged a gynecologist by myself. I just thought that letting her arrange her professional partner might help they contact and they might care me more when they could get benefit from it. But in fact, she did not care me, her patient, at all. And, she arranged a test that I did not ask for, but I paid it about half amount of it. The stuff were not any better eight. The medical assistant (an Asian) was not professional at all. First, she seemed feel better than me because I am an Asian immigrant with accent. She must have thought I was illegal immigrant and got citizentionship by Pardon. Then, she (native English speaker) spoke so quick to show off her… English instead of slow down to compensate my language problem. And she deliberately used medical terms, but not daily English. I was glad I had attended nursing school for a quite while (dropping due to personal reason), so I could understand well and answered all her questions. Then she seemed act less and slow down, but when I told her I had associate degree, she seemed shocked. I should have told her I actually have bachelor degree and I had taught eight years biology in a Model high school in Anhui Province before I came to USA. Second, I visited for pap smear. She did not ask if I was sex active or how many sex partner, but instead she asked when last time I had my teeth cleaned. I should told her my ex is an engineer working for Ford Motor company and I knew dental care. Third, she directly arranged urine test for me without knowing it was not covered by my insurance (I never saw that before). When I got the bill, I called back to ask them why I needed pay full amount. I only got through the first time, and the operator letted me hold for more than 20 minutes and then hanged me off without a word after knowing what I called for. After that, I never got through again. So the whole last year, I did not visit the clinic any more, even the annual physical examination.

Dr. Balysh is an excellent family doctor! She is easily accessible, often same day, always on time, if not early, and extremely knowledgeable. She is not afraid to refer you to a specialist if your condition is beyond her scope of expertise.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Balysh for about 1 year. I have a multitude of health problems. We find her to be very caring, compassionate, understanding and listens to your concerns. She has an excellent office staff on top of their game. She is on the ball. My wife and I love Dr. Balysh.

I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Balysh and her clinical staff. They always treat me like I am family. It is a warm, clean, inviting atmosphere. I would highly suggest this practice!

Very warm bedside manner, willing to listen wholeheartedly, truly cared about my problems. Love the new location!
