My appointment with Dr. Dickson was great she really listen to me and acknowledge my concerns about my pregnancy order extra test and ultrasound. As promised she was there to deliver my baby. No wait for an appointment. Her care is family centered and remembers things you tell her!

This place is absolutely terrible. Dr. Dickson does NOT care about her patients. I show up on time with a SCHEDULED appointment and will still wait over 2hours to be seen. I’ve been there 3 times and it happened every single time. I respect her and the staffs time and she obviously DOES NOT respect MY time. Her office has messed up my insurance and has over charged me. I had to dispute it so I could get my money back. Obviously her and her staff does not have their sh*t together. They are a joke. I seriously don’t know how there still in business. This dr. Is obviously over worked. You can’t be delivering babies at AVH and still try to run your own practice it is absolutely terrible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

This woman has the worst bed side manner and should not be a doctor if she has zero compassion or concern for her clients. She denied my mother pain killers, her office gave her the complete run around when trying to get an important surgery booked, and then blaming it all on my mother when even her primary doctor had to personally call this woman’s office to tell them to do their job. Of course she defended her office, rolling her eyes at my mom, being short, making her wait to be the last person to be seen. This is just a fraction of the horrid and unprofessional actions that took place, when my poor mother just needs some important bumps removed ASAP. Yet months later she is told to find a new doctor. Look at the reviews of this woman on other sites and it’s no surprise this is how my mom was treated. Please ladies don’t go to her. I hope she gets the repercussions she deserves for her unprofessional blotchy work.

The staff at this office are simply incompetent. For starters, Had an appointment for 2:15.. wasn't taken to the back until 3:30, and that was just to have my blood pressure and weight documented. I had to go back out to the waiting room where I waited until 4 pm to be given a room (apparently it's a common thing that they over book.) Secondly I needed a prescription filled because I've had some extreme medical issues going on .. when I was there and the woman who was doing my chart asked where I like my prescriptions to be filled in since I said I live in Canoga Park and I would like to have one at the Walgreens she couldn't find it on the list and said she'd fill it in later .. had I known this would've kept me from getting my prescription for over a week I would have made her write it down immediately . Called a couple days after to see if my prescription had been sent over , The woman at the front said she needed the address for where I would like it sent because she never… got that information . I informed her of how much I worked and that I needed I sent that day or else I wouldn't be able to get it for another week. Sure enough when I call back at the end of the day she said the doctor had left and wasn't able to be sent out... I was absolutely irritated so I said cancel an future appointments that I have I just want the prescription and I'll find a new obgyn.fast forward to a week later.. still no prescription. Still incompetent. Had me on hold for 10 minute waiting for a manager but the minute I call back the manager was ready to talk. Long story short, if you want to pay people to play games with you this is the place for you. I highly recommend just simply going sowhere where the people actually know what they're doing. Screw this place.

I can honestly say that it was a huge blessing to have had Dr. Dickson for the delivery of my fourth baby. I really believe that her expertise, skill and quick analysis of what was needed through some unexpected events that occurred during the delivery kept us both safe. She totally brought her A-game! I will always feel grateful towards her.
