You will wait forever and be billed exorbitantly for nothing.

As a human resources generalist for the 3rd largest dermatology group in the country, I know what to expect when going to a dermatologist officeâ?¦or so I thought. Dr. Mullerâ??s/North Dallas Dermatology Associatesâ?? staff was completely unorganized as well as extremely unprofessional. My appointment was on a Wednesday at 11:50am. I got there at 11:40am, with paperwork already filled out (I did it at home), signed-in like I was told and waited 30 minutes without anyone saying a word to me. After 30 minutes of not being talked to, I went to the desk and asked what the wait time was about and if anyone was going to take my paperwork/DL/Ins card, the receptionists (more than one!) had no idea who I was, couldnâ??t find the page I signed in on and this ended up taking another 15 min. All in all it took them nearly 55 minutes to even get me on Dr. Mullerâ??s roster and by that time I had to get back to my office and left. There was no apology for the wait, nor was there an urgency to… attend to patients. I asked the receptionist what the wait was for and she responded by saying, â??Dr. Muller is very busy, and in very high demandâ??. IF that is the case, than a practice should know better than to crowd an office full and let people wait nearly an hour to be seenâ?¦especially a new patient. I would NOT recommend this practice to even my worst enemy.

I love Dr. Muller. I was so nervous going in because I have heard horror stories in the past about bad doctors, but she put me at ease immediately. She has a beautiful office and I was so comfortable with the staff and the process. I was in and out very quickly and I felt that I was able to have all of my questions answered very thoroughly. I will be going back!
